Designed to be a toy shop, this two story charmer is reminiscent of a Dutch row house.  It can alternately be used as a delightful showcase for the student's favorite miniature collection.

EXTERIOR
-- The second story is fronted with a steep slate roof.  The window alcove is finished on the top with a decorative pediment and a whimsical statue. The windows function.  Access to the second level is through the back.
-- The front opening lower level provides two generous display windows set next to a functioning Dutch door.

INTERIOR
--  The lower level includes wonderfully decorated shelving units to display treasures.  General illumination lighting will brightens the interior.  Handmade tiles cover the floor.
--  The softly lighted secret room on the upper level can be decorated by the student at a later time.

Measurements are approximately  24-1/2" high, 15-1/2" wide and 13" deep.
