Folly I - Neo-Classical
A folly can best be described as a whimsical building
that shows a bit of insanity on the part of the builder who spent
lavish sums of money on something of no practical value. On some
of the larger European estates they were established as a small
site located on the estate where a person could rest or meditate
away from the major pressures of country life. Work with Bluette
as you learn the techniques to create this little arched folly (dimensions
9"wide x 17" high x 7" deep), complete with stone
walls, marbled wainscoting, a faux stained glass window, a marbled
floor, and lovely indirect lighting. In addition a draped table
will be dressed to complete the scene.
